How can I maximise full-load operation for my biogas plant? What biogas plant operator has not asked himself this question many times? Operators are familiar with the basic technical principles but the actual process biology is too much of a problem for nearly everyone.
No wonder – microbiology is a whole study course in itself and running the fermentation process in an optimum and stable manner is no easy task.
Stable processes for a full yield. With EUCO® and the Schmack service, your figures will be on the up.

Requirements for success
The decisive factors for the success of any biogas plant are:
- Controlled operation
- Regular process monitoring
- Reliable documentation
- Purposeful optimisation

| |
|
The company’s own laboratory
We have therefore put together a service package in close cooperation with our own company
laboratory which goes beyond the mere sale and operation of biogas plants. With this package, we are by your side in the day-to-day system running of your plant in order to assist you, the operator.

Range of services
Fit for Biogas is a "biological maintenance contract" for your biogas plant. The range of service comprises two packages - the analysis themselves and the individual operational recommendations resulting from them are based on the prevailing technical conditions.
Fit for Biogas - Standard
- Basic biological support (determination of DM, oDM, and fatty acid analysis 1x per month)
- Consultation and on-site visits as needed
- Further analysis can be commissioned as needed, e.g. NPK analysis according to DIN
Fit for Biogas – Premium
- Intensive biological support (pH-value, DM/oDM determination and fatty-acid analysis 2x per month)
- Determination of total nitrogen and ammonium per digester monthly
- Further analysis can be commissioned as needed, e.g. NPK analysis according to DIN
- Analysis of three substrates (DM, oDM and N-concentration) monthly
- Input material assessment
- Consultation and on-site visits
