Der inhaltliche Fokus der \u201eBetreiberqualifikation \u2013 Anlagensicherheit von Biogasanlagen gem\u00e4\u00df TRGS 529 und TRAS 120\u201c liegt auf folgenden Bereichen:<\/p>\n

  • Biologischer Prozess<\/li>\n
  • Rechtlicher Rahmen Anlagenbau und Anlagenbetrieb<\/li>\n
  • Genehmigungsrecht und wasserwirtschaftliche Anforderungen<\/li>\n
  • Anforderungen an die St\u00f6rfallverordnung<\/li>\n
  • Gef\u00e4hrdungsbeurteilung gem. \u00a7 3 BetrSichV und \u00a7 6 GefStoffV<\/li>\n
  • Gefahrstoffrecht unter Ber\u00fccksichtigung der TRGS 529<\/li>\n
  • Explosions- und Brandschutz<\/li>\n
  • Pr\u00fcf- und Dokumentationspflichten<\/li>\n
  • Schadensmanagement<\/li>\n
  • Schulung und Unterweisung von Besch\u00e4ftigten<\/li>\n

    Mindestschulungsumfang gem\u00e4\u00df TRGS 529:<\/p>\n

    • Grundschulung: 16 Lehreinheiten \u00e1 45 Minuten (720 min.), verteilt auf zwei aufeinanderfolgende Tage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Hinweis:
      \nDas Schulungskonzept des Schulungsverbund Biogas deckt somit die verbindlichen Schulungsinhalte der TRGS 529 und der TRAS 120 ab.
