Schmack Biogas Service GmbH unveils two new products at the EnergyDecentral trade fair

Schmack Biogas Service GmbH unveils two new products at the trade fair in Hannover. The Viessmann Group company will be presenting a revolutionary analysis method for determining gas yield as well as the REMEX® SF agitator for steel tanks on its stand in hall 25.

Instant gas yield analysis with NIR spectroscopy – demonstration at the trade fair stand

Visitors to the stand can see for themselves the rapid and accurate measuring method in live demonstrations. The NIRS rapid test method is a cost effective alternative to standardised gas yield calculations. It takes the NIR device just 3 minutes to rapidly and reliably calculate the gas yield of substrates. Conventional methods take a long time and tend to be complicated, with a test duration of at least 40 days.

REMEX® SF self-supporting agitator also for steel tanks

The successful REMEX® agitator has undergone further development and can now be installed for the first time in a steel tank. The new mounting frame channels the torques from the agitator all the way to the bottom of the tank. A reinforced sealing flange frame prevents substrate or biogas from leaking out. Stress on the tank wall is ruled out.

No external support structures or concrete foundations are required, thus permitting straightforward retrofitting in existing tanks. A variable height-adjustable support structure offers precise matching to local conditions during installation.

Usage with changing fill levels and, therefore, the capacity to be used in the fermentation residue store remains an advantage. The drive units are fitted on the outside and are easily accessible. The REMEX® SF agitator offers every advantage for steel tanks.

The Schmack Biogas Service team would be pleased to offer advice at trade fair stand E14 in hall 25.
